In the unlikely event your item(s) are faulty, damaged or defective in any way please contact us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
Our return policy is for 7 days from the date that you receive your purchase.
To return your purchase, all items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received. Please note shipping will not be refunded, and return shipping is at your cost.
Once we receive your return, we will endeavour to resolve your complaint via replacement, credit note, or refund in a timely manner. Only unopened, undamaged goods will be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.
Unfortunately when our tea’s are purchased on sale we are unable to provide refunds.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email email@example.com and we will send through the details to return. You will be responsible for the items until they reach us.
If your order is returned to us by our courier company due to an error in the address you provided or your parcel was left uncollected, we will have to request you pay for the return shipping to get your item back out to you.
